- Beginning of the mentor-mentee system in college.

- Identification of slow and advanced learners and instituting appropriate corrective measures for each.
- Use of ERP for effective curriculum transaction (Tutorials including study material, past question papers, lesson plans all now available to the students through ERP). Class attendance also through ERP.
- Maintenance of teacher details through ERP.
- Spreading the use of N List among staff and students.
- Encouraging teachers to take classes in the audio-visual mode.
- Organization of faculty enrichment programmes.
- Organization of student-centric programmes like Students’ Seminars.
